Data controller

Data collected

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address (required) and, if you choose to provide them, your company name, your business profile and the size of your catalogue.

We also record the language in which you browsed the site, the date of your signup, a pseudonymised fingerprint of your IP address (hashed, non-reversible) used solely to prevent abuse, your browser type and, where applicable, the referring page and campaign parameters (UTM) of your visit.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used exclusively to keep you informed about the progress of the CELIABS platform, to offer you access to its private beta and to understand the profiles of interested companies in order to shape the product. Processing is based on your consent, given when you sign up.

Your data is never sold, rented or used for prospecting on behalf of third parties.

Retention period

Your data is kept until you unsubscribe and at most three years after your last contact with us, then deleted. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by writing to contact@celiabs.com.

Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible to the CELIABS SAS team and hosted by DigitalOcean, LLC (105 Edgeview Drive, Suite 425, Broomfield, CO 80021, USA). Email sending may be entrusted to an email service provider acting on our instructions. Transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@celiabs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies and trackers

The site sets a technical cookie remembering your browsing language (duration: one year), which is exempt from consent. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-protection service that may rely on a cookie strictly necessary for that purpose.

If audience measurement is enabled, it runs in anonymous mode until you give your consent in the banner provided; you can decline it with no impact on your browsing.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a database with restricted access. IP addresses are never stored in clear text.

This policy may be updated as the platform evolves. The version in force is the one published on this page.
